How long does a waterproofing job take?
A bathroom or balcony is usually 2–3 days including curing and testing. Roofs and basements depend on area and access — we confirm a programme with your quotation.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Warranty length depends on the system specified, typically 5 to 10 years on materials and workmanship, issued in writing at handover.
Can you work without breaking tiles or finishes?
Often yes. We start with leak detection and thermal imaging so any breaking is targeted. Injection and negative-side systems avoid full demolition in many cases.
Do you handle emergency leaks?
We respond to emergency leak call-outs across Dubai and the northern Emirates, with same-day attendance wherever possible.
Is the site survey free?
Yes — the initial site survey and written proposal are free of charge within Dubai.
